example, 50% of students in a particular course scored higher

to send you up to date information about new courses, promotions,
and new procedures to follow while on the Vivid web site. Other
than circumstances, where in good faith we believe the law requires
a disclosure of information; we do not use your personal information
for any other purposes. Further, we do not provide or sell this

if you have given us permission to do so.
